5150: Home 4 tha Sick is a 1992 EP by Eazy-E. It was released on December 10, 1992 through Ruthless and Priority Records and was his first release since the break-up of N.W.A. 5150: Home 4 tha Sick peaked at 70 on the Billboard 200 and 15 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums.
"Only If You Want It" was given both a single release and promotional music video. "Neighborhood Sniper" also had a promotional music video released.
The EP was certified Gold by the RIAA on February 9, 1993.
It is now out of print. All the songs were included on the remastered version of Eazy-E's, Eazy-Duz-It.
The album contained the Dr. Dre diss track "Real Muthaphuckkin G's". Eazy-E released music videos for "Any Last Werdz" and "Real Muthaphuckkin G's". It went multi-platinum and became one of Eazy-E's most popular recordings. Eazy-E was originally intending to release a follow up to Eazy-Duz-It named Temporary Insanity, which was going to be released as a double album. However, after the several insults Dr. Dre made in The Chronic, Eazy-E decided to release this album. Dr. Dre is mentioned on every track except "Gimmie That Nutt" and "Boyz N Tha Hood (G-Mix)".
