Escape is the second album by hip-hop group Whodini, released in 1984 (see 1984 in music) on the Jive label. The album spawned the hit singles "Five Minutes of Funk," "Friends," and "Freaks Come Out at Night". This was one the first rap albums ever to include a synclavier. Whodini are pioneers in the field of sampling. The album has been certified platinum.

In 1998, the album was selected as one of The Source's 100 Best Rap Albums Ever
