Some of the first crunkcore artists (and most popular) were Millionaires, Brokencyde, Dot Dot Curve, Blood on the Dance Floor, Medic Droids, and Lexii Raiinbow. These artists made crunkcore in MySpace days, and collectively laid the ground work for the genre as a whole.
While it is rare to come across purely crunkcore based artists, some still exist thanks to a crunkcore recursion that came with the trending Rawring20s in 2023. Some currently active crunkcore artists are pizzamachine, Maya Malice, xX-Dart-Darling-xX, and Kuma ADP… These artists continue to collaborate with other artists in an attempt to keep crunkcore alive.
There have been a handful of crunkcore artists throughout the years between the heydays of crunkcore and its revival. The most notable artists during that period would be Family Force 5, and UKMG. UKMG made it big when their music video for Problem went viral. Like the old days of crunkcore, though, their music was hated by non-scene people. Nowadays, hate for crunkcore is much lesser than on MySpace days, simply because people miss those times. However, the genre itself still gets flack from haters. It helps that the current crunkcore artists are friendly people, making fun videos on Tik Tok, and Youtube.
