If you haven’t heard of this talented Arizona Hip Hop superstar yet, you need to. Rossi Manolo has a presence that is undeniable and must be respected. Definitely one of the strongest Latin rappers in Phoenix, AZ Hip-Hop, Rossi made a profound statement last year with his debut project "The Golden Child."
Let’s be honest for a moment.. Most people were not ready for a Latin rapper to come spitting as hard as this cat did last year. Some wouldn’t even listen to his lyrical content because they couldn’t get their head around the fact that a Latin rapper could be that lyrical. Though overlooked by some, this lyrical latin superstar should not be slept on. And now, Rossi Manolo is back with Kushified! This mixtape is filled with music about Rossi’s life, tales about hydro smoking, trendsetting and stealing other peoples girlfriends.
The project is Hosted by DJ September 7th. While September 7th has already established himself as a heavy hitting west coast DJ and introduced his listeners to rising, promising talent such as: Kendrick Lamar, Nipsey Hussle, School Boy Q, Hot Rod, and more, the Cali untouchable DJ is now giving Rossi Manolo his official co-sign.
After #KUSHIFIED got it's attention up high, @ROSSIMANOLO decided to continue the series with #RE-KUSHIFIED the Mixtape hosted by @DJJOHNBLAZE which is to be released digitally this 4/20/12!! When asked about his new Mixtape being released on 4/20, Rossi stated that he clearly wants listeners to "...pay attention to what's being said" as he tried to take more of a real life approach with the project itself, with records people could relate to.
Rossi continues to impress! It's clear to see that this young superstar is on the road to success.
