Howard "Spot Da Marada" Leslie is an independent rapper from the dirty south Florida scene. Mostly known for his shut-down style promotions in South Florida, he grew up in the crevices of West Palm Beach and started freestyling on karaoke machines with a neighborhood crew, PC. He moved up to another crew, SP and signed a bad deal in Ft Lauderdale. Started a video production company called Bubble N Champagne with a member from PC showcasing all the baddest rappers from Palm Beach County called PBC STREET HOP. Stayed underground and independent with the backing of Cash Out Records. Now with Bubble N Champagne Studios relocated to Kingston, Jamaica he brings the bidniz with a touch of culture.
Spot's style is a blend of his childhood favorite rappers. MJG, Ball, Bone, Snoop, Jay-Z, etc. His smooth voice and bouncy beats keep the body rocking on the airwaves. His vision is to complete a film studio meanwhile getting his feet wet in the industry through musical ventures. A business man at heart and revolutionary in mind, Marada keeps the chess board locked.
"Mainly the songs are from vibrations in the multiverse that I transmit thru the microphone at that time and space", Spot says. As if he is only a messenger for the people. Diverse flows keep any audience in a trance of gifted linguistics lifted and shifted into the mystic.
Spot Da Marada is sooooo slept on. One of the most underrated underground holy undead kings dropping knowledge and gaining momentum to one day rise to power. Palm Beach breeds loads of musical talent but this guy takes the cake. #Bubble
